The Roofing Process
FREE STORM INSPECTION
We will come by your property and give you a thorough storm inspection.
We will inform you of our discoveries during the storm inspection.
THE HOMEOWNERS MUST CALL IN THE CLAIM TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY
Inform your insurance company that your property has been examined by a qualified contractor and that they have found considerable hail or wind damage.
Inform your insurance company of the date of loss.
Ask for a claim number.
Call your ARCO representative with the insurance claim number. This is the only way an ARCO representative can track which adjuster has been assigned to your claim.
THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER AND YOUR ARCO REPRESENTATIVE WILL SCHEDULE A TIME TO VISIT YOUR PROPERTY
We will inform you when the scheduled appointment will take place.
We will assist the adjuster to identify all storm damage.
HOMEOWNER SHOULD FOLLOW UP WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY
The adjuster will submit a report to the insurance company.
The insurance company will send out a loss summary report detailing the scope of damage which they are willing to pay.
FINALIZING THE PROJECT
Your ARCO representative will review the loss summary report to ensure the agreed scope of damage is complete and accurate.
The homeowner will select the materials and colors to be used.
The homeowner will then authorize the work to be done.
DOING THE PROJECT
The homeowner needs to contact their ARCO representative upon delivery of the materials you have selected so an inventory can be conducted.
Your ARCO representative will keep you informed as to the anticipated installation schedule.
ARCO schedules all work to be completed in a professional and timely fashion.
PAYMENT
ARCO collects final payment after the satisfactory completion of each installation.
When it is appropriate, ARCO will notify the insurance company to release any remaining funds.
The homeowner is responsible for any deductible and/or upgrades.
Warranties are delivered upon completion of job and receipt of full payment. |
